WCT Announces New Air Booking Engine
Faster and More Flexible Searching

World Choice Travel is pleased to announce an exciting enhancement to our suite of high-value travel products. On May 24, 2006, we will launch a new a private-labeled air booking engine that offers flexibility, speed and comprehensive booking options.

The new air engine utilizes Travelocity's Flight Navigator^SM technology, which empowers your customers with the ability to execute advanced searches, scan fares and seat availability, compare dates, airlines and airports, and much more.

The robust features available on the air engine include:

• Number of Seats Left: Your customers are informed when there are three or fewer seats available at the quoted price on a particular flight, alerting them that a fare may no longer be available soon

• Fare Notes: Travelers will be given more valuable flight-specific information than ever before, including flight, airline, fare and deals information -- allowing them to make more informed decisions before purchasing their flight

• Multiple Airports: Travelers can select multiple nearby airports to search and receive up to nine different departure and return combinations to help identify the best price and flight options to meet their needs

• Date Shuffler: Customers can search up to three days before and/or after the requested departure and arrival dates to find the cheapest available flight and date combination, including an additional "plus one day" scrolling grid and calendar display of the dates considered

• Alternate Dates: The engine automatically searches and finds fares for nearby date combinations when lower prices are available on those dates

• Seat Maps: Customers can view available seats before booking a flight, giving them the option to view their preferred seat location or even to choose another flight based on their seat preferences

• Speed: You will immediately notice much faster searches than those provided by the third-party air engine used previously by WCT

PRIVATE BRANDED BOOKING FROM END TO END
The new air booking interface is private-branded throughout the entire booking process. Your custom header appears on every page and your website name appears on the interstitial page as the engine  searches for fares. The confirmation page and e-mail are also branded with your site's name. For further integration, cascading style sheets (CSS) are available in the Partner Support Center, which allow you customize the air interface to match your website's look and feel.

AIR HOME PAGE OPTIONS
WCT partners can select from two options in the Partner Support Center for the default flight home page. The first option offers a search box and promotes links to popular travel destinations, which contain sample airfares as well as a snapshot containing general information. The page also contains links to "Web Fares" being offered by select major carriers and a Travel Tools section with convenient options to review reservations immediately, locate an airport, check in online (depending upon the airline), and more.

The second option available is an Advanced Search form, which is recommended for destination and/or niche-specific sites that do not merchandise the multiple destinations presented. It allows your customer to enter exact dates or search with flexible dates to secure the best price options.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE
WCT partners earn 40% of all base service fees collected on the sale of air tickets. For domestic flights, a base fee of $5.00 is charged, and on international flights, the fee is $10.00. These fees are collected on all online reservations at the time of booking. As an added source of revenue, WCT Partners may add OPTI-FEES for any amount per traveler up to a maximum of $100 per trip. The default OPTI-FEE is set at $5 per ticket and partners receive 40% of all OPTI-FEES collected. Travel insurance is available for purchase during the booking process, and partners receive a commission of $2.00 per person for domestic tickets and $4.00 per person for international tickets. All commissions due are paid monthly and volume producers will have the opportunity to earn BONUS commissions. Please note that air tickets are available for online purchase only. Phone support is available for those customers who have experienced a technical issue in the booking path.
